LUXINIS

Today I found myself day dreaming about a Hendrix and Cucumber Luxini Cocktail!
You can have then at Lisbon’s most famous and trendy disco – Lux. A Luxini is a fusion between a great Gin & Tonic (in this case they use Hendrix Gin which is made with cucumber infusion)and a Santini cucumber sorbet ice cream – Absolutely Perfect! For those who don’t know Santini I would have to write a whole post on the subject but they are known as the best ice cream in the world.

Although we’ve already had a couple of great nights here in Lisbon we still have to wait a few months before we can sip a Luxini at Lux‘s terrasse.
