Located at Hotel da BelaVista, restaurant Vista provided us a well spent night but very irregular for a star contender. A nice atmosphere and a front Ocean view with a poor service by clueless people about their job, serving first line appetizers before a terrible fish entrée and disappointingly constructed meat dish. It’s a problem of some chefs wanting to apply many techniques, use expensive products just because, they manage to put out beautiful things, but with no line of thought or flavour. We had the six dish tasting menu and regretted, but I still think it’s a very nice place for a single dish lunch and a glass of wine. When you’re charging Michelin prices just the bling doesn´t cut it…my piece of advice: raise your game or lower your prices!
