Pace yourself Frenchie To Go is about take off and it promises to take street food to a different level! Set to open in June, this little place at Rue du Nil is where Gregory Marchand (or Frenchie as he was labeled whilst working in Jamie Oliver’s kitchen) is going to knock us of our socks.
Having a place like Frenchie’s to have my breakfast is something I’ve been dreaming for quite a while… I can almost smell a big coffee on one hand and an EBT (egg-bacon-tomato) sandwich on the other, who knows, maybe a bacon sprinkled doughnut… it’s a foodie’s nirvana.
Until 4 o’clock we expect them to serve us beautiful charcuterie, Frenchie’s take on fish and chips, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and many other delicatessens.
