Get ready for the 5th Edition of Paris’ La Veillees Foodstock, this year held at Nüba on the roof of Les Docks, May the 30th at 7p.m.

Tickets have been for sale since the 14th of May so be sure to reserve your seat at the table. For 25€ they will transport you to another foodosphere.

Delphine Zampetti of the popular charcuterie-crèmerie-comptoir “CheZaline” has prepared an early season salad with her farmer’s cheese, salers mustard sandwiches and a mixture of lime raw and whipped cream, strawberries and merengue.

Representing the art of des gourmands is Christophe Dru and his Boucherie Les Provinces, who’s delivering a suckling pig on a spit.

Finally Simone Tondo and Michael Greenwold of “Roseval” will serve a smoked potato soup, raw lobster and chive flower, and of course “James on a maple tree” their famous whisky brûlé cocktail.
